Core-Focused Warm-Up: The session begins with a bodyweight warm-up aimed at activating the core, helping participants set a strong foundation for the rest of the workout.
Movement to Music Connection: Music provides a natural rhythm that helps participants sync their movements to the beat, creating a smoother, more intuitive flow throughout the class. The connection to rhythm helps with timing, coordination, and keeping pace during exercises.
Pilates and Strength Fusion: The main part of the class combines Pilates movements with low-impact strength exercises. This blend targets muscle endurance, promotes strength without high-impact stress on joints, and sculpts the body.
Breathwork and Mind-Muscle Connection: Breathwork is a key component, helping participants stay grounded and foster a deeper connection to your body throughout the session.
